BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Diharapkan Memberi Jaminan Keamanan Pegawai

Sungailiat - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan diharapkan dapat memberikan jaminan perlindungan serta keamanan kepada seluruh pegawai Bemkab Bangka.
Hal tersebut seperti dikatakan Bupati Bangka yang diwakili Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan, Setda Bangka, Muhtar, S.H. saat membuka sosialisasi kepatuhan dan MLT BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Senin (05/05/24) di Grha Pertemuan Kantor Bupati Bangka.
"Semoga bisa lebih optimal dalam memberikan perlindungan kerja yang layak bagi seluruh pegawai baik ASN maupun Non ASN saat ini," tutur Muhtar.
Dikatakannya, kegiatan yang diikuti oleh bendahara teknis dan asisten bendahara tersebut wajib diikuti dan ditelaah secara seksama agar sesuai dengan implementasi di lapangan.
"Forum ini menjadi wadah diskusi konsumtif sehingga bendahara dapat menemukan solusi dilapangan," tuturnya.
Untuk itu ia berharap dari sosialisasi yang diberikan dapat memberi dasar pelaksanaan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Sementara itu, Kepala Kantor Cabang, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pangkalinang, Evi Haliyati Rachmat, berharap kepada seluruh Bendahara di Pemerintahan Kabupaten Bangka dapat transparan dan akuntabel dalam mengelola sistem terkait pemotongan tersebut.
Secara teknis ia menjelaskan bahwa pemotongan yang dilakukan kepada pegawai dapat disetorkan sesuai data di lapangan. Namun ia percaya hal itu dapat terimplementasi dengan baik dan tidak terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan.
"Mohon ijin kepada Bendahara agar jangan sampai uang peserta yang telah dilakukan pemotongan tidak disetorkan kepada kami. Karena jika hal ini terjadi sistem akan menjadi terhambat dan tentu honorer yang akan dirugikan," pungkasnya.
