Sungailiat - Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka melalui Bagian Adm. Kesra dan Kemasyarakatan menggelar Sosialisasi Bagi Penerima Bantuan Hibah Kabupaten Bangka Tahun Anggaran 2023.
Acara ini di buka langsung oleh Bupati Bangka Mulkan SH., MH secara Virtual, bertempat Ruang Rapat OR Bangka Setara, Rabu (15/03/2023).
Dalam arahanya Bupati mengatakan kegiatan sosialisasi tata cara dan anggaran bantuan hibah ini merupakan salah satu peran penting bagi pemerintah kabupaten bangka untuk masyarakat sebagai penerima dana hibah dengan harapan sosialisasi bantuan hibah tempat ibadah tahun anggaran 2023.
"Untuk dapat lebih memahami dan mengetahui tentang seluk-beluk peraturan dan pemberian hibah beserta pertanggungjawabannya, baik dari segi efisiensi, efektifitas, akuntabilitas, serta transparansi pengelolaan pemberian bantuan hibah, sehingga tujuan akhirnya adalah tertib administrasi dan tidak ada kesalahan dalam pengelolaan anggaran bantuan hibah ini nanti,"kata Bupati
Alhamdullilah tahun 2023 ini anggaran bantuan hibah mulai berangsur normal dan diakomodir kembali serta tidak terjadi refocusing anggaran sehingga bantuan hibah ini dapat diterima masyarakat sesuai dengan adanya proposal dan kemampuan daerah.
"Bantuan hibah keagamaan ini bersumber dari anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah (APBD). sehingga perlu diadakan sosialisasi dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat dukungan terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah sesuai dengan uu nomor 23 tahun 2014 tentang pemerintahan daerah,"imbuhnya
"Saya berharap kepada penerima bantuan hibah agar selalu meningkatkan rasa syukur, walaupun jumlah yang diterima tidak signifikan bahkan tidak sesuai harapan,"pungkasnya
