Sungailiat - Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Melalui Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Menggelar Forum Konsultasi Publik Rancangan Awal Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bangka Tahun 2024.
Kegiatan ini dibuka langsung oleh Bupati Bangka Mulkan SH., MH didampingi Wakil Bupati Bangka Syahbudin S.IP., M.Tr.Ip dan Sekda Bangk H. Andi Hudirman, bertempat Ruang rapat OR Bangka Setara, Senin (13/02/2023).
Rencana kerja pembagunan daerah (RKPD) adalah dokumen perencanaan pemerintah daerah untuk periode satu tahun. Sebagai suatu dokumen resmi rencana daerah, RKPD mempunyai kedudukan strategis, yaitu menjembatani antara perencanaan strategis jangka menengah dengan perencanaan dan penganggaran tahunan.
Saat sambutan Bupati mengatakan, bahwa rancangan awal RKPD dibahas bersama dengan kepala perangkat daerah dan pemangku kepentingan dalam forum konsultasi publik untuk memperoleh masukan dan saran penyempurnaan.
"RKPD tahun 2024 yang disusun tahun ini tidak lagi mengacu kepada RPJMD 2018-2023, Tetapi mengacu kepada Rencana Pembangunan Daerah (RPD) Kabupaten Bangka tauun 2024-2026 yang akan menjadi pesoman bagi penjabat kepala Daerah untuk penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan dan pembangunan pada tahun 2024,"imbuhnya
Lanjutnya, Prioritas pembangunan kabupaten bangka tahun 2024 adalah 1. Kesehatan, Pendidikan dan perlindungan sosial yang berkeadilan, 2. Industri pertanian, UMKM dan parawisata, 3. Reformasi birokrasi, 4. Pembangunan infrastruktur, 5. Pengelolaan lingkungan hidup.
"Kami mengharapkan bahwa setiap usulan dan masukan yang nanti Bapak/Ibu dan saudara sekalian sampaikan, dapat menjadi bahan penyempurnaan rancangan awal RKPD kabupaten bangka tahun 2024 sesuai dengan tema dan prioritas pembagunaan kabupaten Bangka tahun 2024 yang telah disampaikan,"pungkasnya
