Belinyu - Wakil Bupati Bangka, Syahbudin, S.IP, M.Tr.IP menghadiri kegiatan pesta adat Nuju Jerami di Dusun Pejem Desa Gunung Pelawan Kecamatan Belinyu Sabtu (6/5/2023) dan sempat melakukan atraksi tari Campak bersama pejabat dan tamu undangan lainnya seperti Camat Belinyu, kepala dinas pariwisata dan budaya dan lainnya.
Nuju Jerami merupakan acara adat yang dilakukan setiap tahun oleh dusun pejem, ritual ini merupakan ungkapan syukur atas panen yang telah diraih dan meningkat pada tahun-tahun mendatang termasuk juga kesehatan dan lainnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu juga wakil bupati Bangka melakukan juga ritual menumbuk padi menjadi beras di alu dan lesung secara tradisional dan saling bergantian.
Wakil Bupati Bangka, Syahbudin, S.IP, M.Tr.IP dalam sambutannya mengatakan kegiatan ini utamanya untuk kebersamaan serta merayakan adat nuju jerami, nuju jerami ini juga dapat dijumpai dibeberapa tempat seperti di Air Abik dan lainnya.
“Nuju jerami merupakan kearifan lokal dan budaya yang harus dilestarikan dan jangan sampai hilang digerus oleh perkembangan zaman dan ini lah salah satu cara mengenalkan budaya leluhur pada zaman dahulu yang penuh dengan makna” ucap syahbudin.
Disampaikan wabup kembali, nuju jerami diharapkan dapat meningkatkan persaudaraan dan dapat dikemas lebih bagus dan atraktif lagi.
“Untuk itu perlu dukungan untuk kegiatan seperti nuju jerami ini termasuk tari-tariannya yang sangat disukai dan semoga dapat menjadi kebanggaan dan diketahui oleh anak cucu nantinya,” ungkapnya.
Semoga dengan adanya wisata budaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan pemerintah sangat mendukung dan mempunyai komitmen untuk memajukan pariwisata di Kabupaten Bangka.
