Sungailiat - PJ. Bupati Bangka M. Haris, AP., MH menghadiri Rapat Paripurna tentang rancangan perubahan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2023 dan Penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman KUA dan PPAS Tahun 2024 yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Rapat Paripurna DPRD, Sabtu (30/9/2023).
PJ. Bupati Bangka dalam arahannya pada kegiatan ini menjelaskan, rapat paripurna hari ini merupakan komitmen lanjutan dari hasil pembahasan rancangan perubahan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2023.
"Bentuk sinergi ini menjadi bukti kongkrit keberpihakan dan kepedulian kita terhadap kepentingan dan kemaslahatan masyarakat". Jelasnya
Diakui Haris, Saat ini kabupaten bangka masih dihadapkan dengan banyaknya problematika sosial dan masalah ekonomi akibat dampak ketidak pastian perekonomian global.
"Prospek Untuk tahun 2024 masih menunjukkan sinyal ketidak pastian dalam konteks fiskal, intinya resiko ketidak pastian secara global masih akan menjadi faktor yang harus di antisipasi ditahun 2024 mendatang". Beber Haris
Menghadapi hal tersebut pemerintah daerah melalui kebijakan fiskal APBD terus berupanya memaksimal untuk menjaga keberlangsungan konsilidasi pemulihan perekonomian daerah sesuai koridor yang disepakati.
Komitmen tersebut diperkuat dengan dukungan kemampuan fiskal terutama berasal dari pendapatan transfers pusat yang selama ini masih menjadi kontributor utama dalam instrumen pendapatan daerah.
"Meskipun kita masih diterpa cobaan yang berat telah banyak kemajuan pembangunan yang telah dicapai walaupun masih banyak perbaikan perbaikan yang harus diperjuangkan". Ungkap PJ. Bupati
"Kami berharap kerjasama yang baik selama ini dapat terus kita jaga dan perkuat agar kabupaten bangka dapat menghadapi kondisi global yang semakin tidak pasti dan tantangan pembangunan daerah yang perlu terus kita atasi". Tutupnya
Dalam rapat tersebut disampaikan juga postur rancangan anggaran RAPBD Tahun Anggaran 2023.
