HUT DWP Kabupaten Bangka Diisi dengan Bakti Sosial

Sungailiat - Peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) ke 22 Tahun Kabupaten Bangka diisi dengan kegiatan bakti sosial. Puncak pelaksanaan juga dilaksanakan di Gedung Sepintu Sedulang Sungailiat dengan sejumlah kemeriahan, Jum'at (17/12/2021).
Ketua DWP Kabupaten Bangka, R Tati Raeningsih menyampaikan sejumlah kegiatan bakti sosial telah dilaksanakan diantaranya yaitu penyediaan fasilitas pembuatan Kartu Indentitas Anak (KIA), pemberian santunan bagi masyarakat sakit serta penyerahan beasiswa bagi pelajar kurang mampu.
"Sejumlah kegiatan sosial telah kita laksanakan dalam beberapa hari kemarin dengan berkolaborasi dengan Dindukcapil dalam penyediaan fasilitas KIA. Selain itu diserhakan juga beasiswa bagi pelajar kurang mampu tingkat TK, SD dan SMP," ujar Tati.
Peringatan HUT DWP tahun 2021 mengangkat tema membangun ketahanan perempuan Indonesia melalui kesehatan mental dan peningkatan ekonomi UMKM. Tentunya hal tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran perempuan dalam penumbuhan ekonomi dalam keluarga.
Bupati Bangka, Mulkan SH MH menyampaikan melalui peringatan HUT DWP ini menjadikan momentum penguatan emansipasi perempuan. Selain sebagai pendamping seorang suami, perempuan juga mamu berkontribusi dalam program pemerintah.
"Melalui dharma wanita ini juga dapat mendorong dan berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis. Bahkan sejumlah perempuan juga telah berhasil menduduki posisi strategis seperti kepala dinas dan pejabat lainnya," tutup Mulkan.
