Sungailiat - Visi ini menggambarkan Bangsa Indonesia kedepan, yaitu bangsa yang maju dan sejahtera. Sejahtera rakyatnya, maju peradabannya, dan kuat perekonomiannya melalui pembangunan yang merata dan berkeadilan dalam bingkai NKRI yang berdaulat dan demokratis.

Dalam sambutanya Restunemi mengatakan, Sinergisitas dengan TNI AL ini diharapkan mampu membawa dampak positif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, pariwisata, ekonomi dan pertahanan.
"Dengan kerja sama semua, pembangunan manusia dan infrastruktur bisa terlaksana. Saya yakin dan percaya kemajuan lima sektor di kampung nelayan 1 ini bisa lebih meningkat dan berkelanjutan,"ujar Restunemi
Kabupaten Bangka pada umumnya berharap sejali kampung nelayan ini untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat maritim menjadi salah satu objek wisata.
"Bahwa peran pemerintah pusat, Provinsi dan Kabupaten ini sangat mendukung sekali agar kehidupan nelayan di pesisir kauususnya di nelayan 1 ini betul-betul mendapatkan sentuhan dan dapat meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat sekitarnya,"imbuhnya
