Sungailiat - Ribuan Warga Memadati Jalan Diponegoro ( Depan Kantor PUPR Bangka) Dalam Rangka Me-meriahkan Malam Puncak Perayaan HUT ke-257 Kota Sungailiat, Rabu malam (24/05/2023).
Malam puncak ini di tandai dengan penguntingan pita oleh Bupati Bangka Mulkan SH., MH di dampingi Wakil Bupati Bangka Syahbudin S.IP M.Tr.Ip, Sekda Bangka Drs. H.Andi Hudirman, Kepala OPD dilingkungan Pemkab Bangka serta Forkopimda Bangka.
Kemegahan acara dapat disaksikan selama Lima hari pada 24-28 Mei 2023. Beragam rangkaian acara seperti lomba recycle fashion show, bazar UMKM, dan jalan sehat dengan hadiah utama satu unit mobil brio.
Dalam sambutanya Bupati menuturkan kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan silahturahmi dengan penuh kebersamaan dengan partisipasi berbagai pihak.
"Hari Jadi Kota Sungailiat ini jatuh pada tanggal 27 April yang lalu ditandai dengan Rapat Paripurna Istimewa dan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan lainnya seperti bazar UMKM, FashionShow dan hari minggunya jalan sehat,"tuturnya
Beliau menambahkan, Kegiatan ini juga untuk mendukung perekonomian masyarakat dengan dibukanya bazar UMKM dan berintegrasi dengan tujuannya untuk dapat menjual produk rumah tangga dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi kerakyatan masyarakat.
"Sudah tiga tahun terakhir ini semenjak Pandemi Covid-19 ini kita terus membantu permodalan dengan biaya KUR dengan dukungan perbankan dan pemerintah daerah untuk membantu dan mendukung pelaku UMKM kita,"kata Bupati
Selain itu juga, Bupati mengatakan kegiatan ini terutama bazar UMKM dapat terjual dengan baik dan tidak menunggu namun dapat memasarkan melalui aplikasi digital.
"Saya mengajak untuk mendorong dan menumbuhkan ekonomi kreatif serta pelaku usaha UMKM kita,"pungkasnya
