Sungailiat - Pembangunan suatu wilayah khususnya di Daerah memiliki kaitan erat dari arus perputaran finansial dari beragam sektor yang telah diatur oleh kebijakan Pemerintah Pusat maupun Daerah. Salah satu sektor tersebut yakni dari pendapatan Pajak Bumi dan Banggunan (PBB). Oleh sebab itu tak terlepas dari peran masyarakat yang taat pajak sehingga diharapkan memberi kontribusi positif bagi kemajuan pembangunan di Daerah.
Demikian saat dikatakan Bupati Bangka, Mulkan SH MH, usai membuka kegiatan rapat optimalisasi penerimaan pajak Daerah khususnya Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) di Kec. Sungailiat dan Kec. Pemali, Rabu siang (16/06/2021) di OR Bangka Setara, Setda Bangka.
"Dihimbau kepada pemangku jabatan dapat mengkoordinir masyarakat untuk taat dalam membayar PBB. Mereka harus proaktif dan memberi pemahaman secara komprehensif kepada masyarakat, karena tujuan kita bersama agar pengoptimalisasian pendapat asli Daerah lebih efektif," tuturnya.
Untuk itu dirinya berpesan kepada seluruh pihak terkait dapat berupaya secara maksimal dalam membantu masyarakat memahami pentingnya menfaat dalam membayar, sebab menurutnya manfaat pajak bagi pembangunan hasilnya akan dinikmati oleh seluruh masyarakat itu sendiri.
"Saya menghimbau kepada Kades, Lurah, Camat, Sekcam dan OPD terkait jangan sampai berleha-leha dan jangan santai terkait dalam hal ini," tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Wakil Bupati (Wabup) Bangka, Syahbudin SIP, saat diwawancarai berharap melalui pertemuan tersebut dapat memberi pemahaman pihak terkait kemudian menghasilkan solusi yang kongkret.
"Melalui pertemuan ini diharapkan memberi pehaman arti pentingnya membayar pajak, kita akan bicarakan dengan OPD terkait untuk menghasilkan solusi secara komprehensif," tuturnya.
Untuk itu ia menghimbau agar para kepada Lurah maupun Kades tetap melakukan koordinasi dengan baik kepada seluruh pihak yang andil sehingga adanya bentuk sinergitas bersama.
