Sungailiat - DPRD Kabupaten Bangka, pada Hari Kamis (1/9/2022) menggelar Rapat Paripurna Penyampaian Nota Keuangan dan Rancangan Perubahan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2022.
Rapat Paripurna tersebut dipimpin oleh Ketu DPRD Bangka Iskandar, dan dihadiri Wakil Bupati Bangka, Syahbudin, SIP., M.Tr.IP.
Syahbudin dalam sambutannya mengatakan, Pemkab Bangka telah melakukan perubahan mendasar pada tata kelola pemerintahan dan reformasi fiskal untuk mewujudkan program pro rakyat dan pelayanan publik yang prima.
"Reformasi ini telah ikut memperbaiki kinerja pembangunan yang secara jelas tergambar dari peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, peningkatan kapasitas pemerintahan, peningkatan peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi, peningkatan per kapita dan penurunan angka kemiskinan," jelas Syahbudin.
Selanjutnya Wakil Bupati Bangka mengatakan, Pemkab Bangka Bertekad untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan APBD yang efektif dan berkelanjutan yang dapat menjadi jangkar kestabilan ekonomi.
“RAPBD yang kita susun harus dapat mengoptimalkan peran kebijakan fiskal, agar benar benar secara efektif mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sekaligus memantapkan pemerataan," ungkap Syahbudin.
Lebih jauh Syahbudin menjaskan bahwa fokus utama kebijakan fiskal daerah diprioritaskan kepada beberapa birang diantaranya pemanfaatan IT, pendidikan dan kesehatan, perlindungan sosial dan infrastruktur yang terkoneksi.
"Sebagai instrumen utama kebijakan fiskal difokuskan kepada penguatan prioritas pembangunan daerah yang dirancang dengan kompisisi diantaranya adalah peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, pembangunan pendidikan, kesehatan dan perlindungan sosial yang berkeadilan, Konektivitas infrastruktur, pembangunan pariwisata, pertanian, industri serta UMKM," pungkasnya.
