Sungailiat - Dalam pendapat akhir yang disampaikan Pansus 8 DPRD Kabupaten Bangka pada Rapat Paripurna, di mana Pansus 8 menyatakan setuju Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup menjadi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Bangka 2022, di ruang Rapat Paripurna, Senin (31/10/2022).
"Kami dari Pansus 8 DPRD Kabupaten Bangka menyetujui Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup ditetapkan menjadi Perda Kabupaten Bangka Tahun 2022 sesuai dengan mekanisme dan peraturan yang berlaku,” sebut Imelda , saat menyampaikan Pendapat Pansus 8.
Persetujuan bersama atas ditetapkannya Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup menjadi Perda itu, dituangkan dalam Surat Keputusan Bersama, yang ditandatangani unsur pimpinan dewan DPRD Kabupaten Bangka dan Wakil Bupati Bangka yang disaksikan langsung oleh Wakil Ketua I DPRD Bangka, Wakil Ketua II DPRD Bangka serta ketua- ketua fraksi dan unsur Forkopimda Kabupaten Bangka.
Selanjutnya, Wakil Bupati Bangka Syahbudin, SIP., M. Tr. IP dalam sambutannya menyampaikan apresiasi yang setinggi-tingginya kepada seluruh anggota dewan terhormat yang telah mencurahkan tenaga dan fikirannya dalam membahas Raperda tersebut hingga ditetapkan menjadi Perda.
Selain itu, Raperda ini disusun adalah untuk menindaklanjuti Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup, serta untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap pelestarian lingkungan hidup yang berkelanjutan.
"Kami berharap dengan adanya perda yang disahkan hari ini merupakan komitmen kita bersama untuk dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan azas pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan dalam rangka mewujudkan landasan hukum bagi pemerintah daerah dalam penyelenggaraanya urusan pemerintah daerah khususnya di kabupaten bangka,"pungkasnya
