Sungailiat – Wakil Bupati Bangka Syahbudin, SIP., M. Tr.IP secara resmi menutup pelaksanaan Bimbingan Teknis Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Penatausahaan Keuangan Desa Berbasis Aplikasi Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes) 2.0.4, Minggu (31/10/2021).
Bimbingan Teknis ini dilaksanakan oleh APDESI Kabupaten Bangka dan Dinpemdes Kabupaten Bangka, diikuti oleh Aparatur Desa Se Kabupaten Bangka, dan dilaksanakan selama 3 hari mulai tanggal 29 – 31 Oktober 2021, di Hotel Novilla Sungailiat.
Ketika memberikan sambutan pada acara penutupan, Wakil Bupati Bangka mengatakan bahwa Pelaksanaan Bimbingan Teknis ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan wawasan aparatur desa dalam mempergunakan Aplikasi Siskeudes terbaru yakni versi 2.0.4.
“Bimbingan teknis ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman aparatur pemerintah desa dalam rangka menggunakan aplikasi Siskeudes versi 2.0.4. Aplikasi Siskeudes yang baru dirilis beberapa bulan yang lalu. Selain itu juga untuk mengantisipasi pengelolaan keuangan desa yang berbasis online yang direncanakan tahun depan untuk di seluruh desa di Kabupaten Bangka ini,” jelas Syahbudin.
Lebih lanjut Syahbudin menjelaskan bahwa Peningkatan Kapasitas bagi perangkat desa ini merupakan hal yang sangat urgen, guna menghadapi setiap perubahan aturan dan tata cara pengelolaan keuangan desa yang fluktuatif setiap tahunnya. Perubahan ini sering dengan kemajuan baik itu tekhnologi maupun aturan-aturan yang memang disesuaikan dengan kondisi kekinian.
“Melalui kegiatan seperti ini tentu saja telah disiapkan sedemikian rupa sehingga nantinya menjadi tolok ukur keberhasilan pemerintah desa dalam melaksanakan pembangunan di desa. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kecakapan maupun wawasan mandiri yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap aparatur pemerintah desa se Kabupaten Bangka melalui peningkatan kapasitas,” jelasnya.
Setelah mengikuti Bimtek Aplikasi Siskeudes 2.0.4 ini, Wakil Bupati Bangka mengharapkan kepada seluruh aparatur desa, kapasitas dan kemapuan perangkat desa se Kabupaten Bangka dalam melaksanakan pembangunan desa juga meningkat.
“Sehingga diharapkan kedepannya dapat merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengelola serta mempertanggung jawabkan pengelolaan keuangan dan aset desa dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundang undangan yang berlaku,” harap Syahbudin.
